This pattern can be adapted to circular knitting by knitting all the even numbered rows.

  Additional Instructions and Notes
RTRight Twist: knit the second stitch on the left needle, then knit the first stitch, slip both stitches from the left needle. Alternate method: slip first stitch to cable needle and hold in back, k1, then k1 from cable needle.
LTLeft Twist: knit the the second stitch on the left needle through the back loop, then knit the first stitch, slip both stitches from the left needle. Alternate method: slip first stitch to cable needle and hold in front, k1, then k1 from cable needle.
